Go for a walk in the park. Climb a rock wall. Go skiing. Run. Push your friend on a swing. Meditate in your backyard. Go surfing. Hike up that hill. bike. Drink your coffee on the porch. Humans are drawn to the wild; don’t fight the call and step into nature. There is so much wisdom, inspiration, balance, and joy to be found out there.
